AIInkAll Refund & Return Policy

At AIInkAll, we take pride in crafting personalized, made-to-order tattoo designs tailored exclusively for each customer. Since every piece is uniquely generated, we do not keep an inventory of pre-made products. While we aim for excellence in every order, we recognize that unforeseen issues may occur, and we’re here to assist you.


Refunds & Returns

Due to the custom nature of AIInkAll tattoo designs, we are unable to accept physical returns. However, if your order contains a defect or an error on our part, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement.

  • Refund or credit requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Refunds are available only for customers within North America (U.S. and Canada).
  • Custom tattoo designs and discounted or sale items are final sale and are non-refundable unless found to be defective.

User Responsibility

If an issue arises due to improper application—such as not following the instructions detailed in our Tattoo Application Guide—refunds or replacements will not be provided. Ensuring proper application is essential for achieving the best results, so please carefully adhere to all provided instructions.


Defective or Damaged Designs

If you receive a damaged or defective tattoo design, please reach out to us with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • brief description of the problem
  • Photos clearly displaying the defect

Our team will assess your request and, if the issue is verified, offer a one-time replacement at no additional cost.


How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or replacement request, please email us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Details of the design(s) and quantities involved
  • A description of the issue along with any supporting photos

Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps within 2 business days.


Additional Information

  • Refunds will not include original shipping costs.
  • Refunds and replacements will not be granted for user-related errors or failure to follow the provided application instructions.
  • AIInkAll reserves the right to decline refund or credit requests in cases where policy abuse is detected.
