PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (“AGREEMENT” OR “TERMS OF SERVICE”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES OFFERED BY AIINKALL. THESE TERMS GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE AIINKALL WEBSITE AND RELATED SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FEATURES, CONTENT, APPLICATIONS, AND OTHER OFFERINGS PROVIDED BY AIINKALL (COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE “SERVICE”). All content, branding, trademarks, and design elements on AIInkAll’s Service are the exclusive property of AIInkAll. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of AIInkAll’s intellectual property without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of AIInkAll’s trademarks or other assets is strictly prohibited.

5. License and Usage Rights

Personal Use

AIInkAll grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AI-generated designs for personal purposes. This includes:

  • Using the designs for personal tattoo applications;
  • Sharing designs with family or friends for their personal tattoo use.

Commercial Use

If you intend to use AIInkAll-generated designs for commercial purposes (such as tattooing clients, selling designs, or using AI-generated artwork in a business setting), you are required to purchase a commercial license or subscribe to an appropriate paid plan. Failure to do so will be considered a breach of these Terms.

Restrictions

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or otherwise transfer AI-generated designs to third parties for profit without explicit authorization from AIInkAll.
  • AIInkAll retains all ownership rights to the designs generated through the Service.
  • AIInkAll reserves the right to use, display, or modify any AI-generated content created through the Service for promotional, marketing, or other business purposes.

6. Termination of Service

AIInkAll reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you fail to comply with these Terms. Upon termination, your access to any AI-generated designs may be revoked. Additionally, AIInkAll may terminate services at its discretion with or without cause, and such termination may result in the loss of any data or content associated with your account. AIInkAll is not liable for any consequences resulting from the termination of access.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AIInkAll, its employees, directors, affiliates, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service;
  • Violation of these Terms;
  • Infringement upon the rights of any third party.

AIInkAll reserves the right to take legal action against any violations or unauthorized uses of its Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

AIInkAll and its affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service;
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from the use of AIInkAll’s Service;
