Yes, our AI tattoo generator allows users to use it for free 6 times, during which you can experience the function of AI generating patterns. After more than 6 times, we will charge a monthly subscription fee of 15 dollars. After the subscription, you can generate unlimited tattoo patterns you like.

Can I upload my own pictures to customize temporary tattoos?

Of course! We support users to upload their own pictures to customize unique temporary tattoos, and there is no additional charge.

Can I use pictures to generate new tattoo design?

Currently, our AI only supports text generation of patterns, and does not support the use of pictures to generate other patterns. However, you can upload your own pictures to customize them directly into temporary tattoos.

What format and size are the downloaded AI-generated patterns?

User created AI patterns can be downloaded as high-definition pictures in JPEG format with a size of 1024×1024, which is convenient for customization or personal collection.

What kind of ink do you use for your temporary tattoos?

We use two different types of temporary tattoos:

• Herbal Plants – Made from natural ingredients, it is gentler and suitable for sensitive skin. Depending on the body type, it takes 2-4 days to fully develop on the skin. It lasts for 1-2 weeks, depending on individual skin conditions. It only appears in black and white.

• Safe Tattoo Ink – Clear in color and easy to wash off, it allows almost any beautiful color in your design to be recreated in your temporary tattoo. It usually fades gradually within 3-5 days, making it suitable for short-term use.

Is there a discount for purchasing items?

Yes! Buy two or more semi-permanent tattoos at once and enjoy a 20% discount, making personalized custom tattoos more affordable.

Do I need to pay for shipping when purchasing the items?

Free shipping on all items, regardless of the quantity you purchase!

How long should I wait to get the temporary tattoo after I paid for the order?

Once your order is placed, it will take about 7 days to create your custom tattoo. This includes careful printing, precise cutting, and a final quality check. After that, we ship it anywhere in the world. Most packages arrive in 7 to 10 days, and after that, you can wear your new tattoo!

Do you offer refunds or returns?

We do not accept returns or refunds if the product is delivered in perfect condition, as all items are custom-made and cannot be resold. Please double-check your order details before placing an order.

However, if your order is damaged or lost during shipping, we will offer a replacement or refund.
